Hmm and that is something we forgot apparently...the logging of the command that are executed as alert. I just added that to the build on http://beta.woodstone.nu Can you retry with that build, that way you will at least see that SA tries to execute the command.

When it shows path not found or file not found, then it seems logical that it can't be executed. As for those were nothing is within the logfile, I can only presume that this means that the alert didn't fire because it didn't meet the conditions.
