The URL check should be able to get to the OWA website.

What about items located in a DMZ? I've got an OWA in there and get down errors when trying to Ping, DNS, and check the http://mail.mydomain.com/exchange website. Is there a special configuration for these devices? I ask because I have others I haven't gotten too yet.

We monitor pings for availability, some services, some processes, disk
space, port checks, cpu utilization, also event logs...
