Problem is solved.
Found an "old" SmartStart CD with the drivers and was able to use that...

Subject: [SA-list] OT: Compaq Drivers

We're in the process of re-installing one of our servers, a Compaq Proliant
1850R. To my surprise Windows 2003R2 does not have the drivers for the NIC
that is on the motherboard. And on the website of Compaq (HP) there is no
driver for it either.

Does anybody have the NIC driver for this and if so could you send it to me
(off list that is)

Thanks.

Dirk Bulinckx.
