Hi All, Just wondering if anyone can help setup this check with SAlive. Users of our PeopleSoft system output their reports in MS Word, but sometimes WINWORD.EXE gets stuck in Task Manager and as a result all the jobs just queue up.
I want to use SAlive to check if WINWORD.EXE gets stuck in Task Manager for more than 5mins I get alerted. Any suggestions are most welcomed.
