The only thing I'm aware of probably relates to timeouts, which I think you'll say isn't SA's problem... Specific problem is with Notes check (which is an addon and I think still in Beta anyway) and the HTTP check (which is actually more significant for us).
Otherwise it's all tickety-boo for us...
