Every now and then (maybe once every three months on average) we have a problem
where the SA hostfile "loses" half the checks. It often seems to happen when
the server is rebooted without SA being stopped first (eg server crash).

This is less critical than it once was as we now backup the hostfile daily, and
can restore it without too much hassle, but it is nevertheless a pain in the
neck and results in a loss of confidence in SA every time it happens. Is anyone
else experiencing this? Any idea what might be causing it?
