And what are you using as alert?
And how did you configure the messagebody for that alert?

My guess is that you're using an SMTP alert and that you're using a TO email
address that is send to a pager. And that the forwarding service is putting
that emailaddress infront of the actual message.

Subject: [SA-list] Formatting SMS messages

Is there a page in the manual that can show me how I can format an SMS message.
I’m not even sure if that’s possible?

I’d like to make the message more readable on my phones.

Currently a message will start with the address serversal...@mycompany.com
(RUNNING – MyCheck) Info:’x’ etc etc.

I’d like to be able to have the message displayed as: RUNNING –
MyCheck info blah blah blah and then the address its coming from at the end.

I checked the manual but didn’t see what I was looking for?

Thanks
