Thanks to both Dirk and Robert.  I forgot all about the password entry in the 
People area, then in my frustration I had uninstalled the RC service.  All is 
good again.

The username and password are both within the EDIT-PEOPLE screen AND 
have to be entered within the Remote Icon too.

Did you change it in all those locations?
