I need to use scripting to send alerts to Service now to create "tickets/incidents" which will then hopefully be sent to my group as texts and emails We are switching from using email addresses on XMatters accounts to send the alerts, as a cost savings to get rid of Xmatters So per the person setting up Service Now I need to write custom scripts to send alerts
