I suppose that you're talking about some type of ticketing? And that this
ticketing system has an API and that this API can be called via HTTP(S) or via
commandline tools? If that is the case then you can do this via Servers
Alive.
Some ticketing system use correctly formated email for it too, that is also
possible via Servers Alive.

Not sure how we can help with that

Subject: Re: [SA-list] Scripting Resource

I need to use scripting to send alerts to Service now to create
"tickets/incidents" which will then hopefully be sent to my group as texts and
emails We are switching from using email addresses on XMatters accounts to
send the alerts, as a cost savings to get rid of Xmatters
So per the person setting up Service Now I need to write custom scripts to send
alerts

The "forum" was something external to woodstone that was setup by a user of
Servers Alive. I'l remove that link. Why do you need scripting?

Subject: [SA-list] Scripting Resource

So after years of using XMatters to send pages and text messages, I now need to
start using scripts to send incidents to Service Now so I am looking for some
really good resources on how to use custom scripts with SA 7.2.2638 Enterprise
The Forum Link on the Woodstone Support page is down so I cannot access
anything but old mail archives
Is there another resource?
I know minimal scripting

TIA
