Hi Folks,
I have a Oracle 10g RAC, Sun Clusters 3.2 U1, with QFS file systems
behind them, which I'd like to get updated to the latest stable versions
of SAM QFS (5.2).
It is a two node RAC-Cluster setup running critical production with 15
TB core database on QFS fs.
Main challenge is, we are running with Solaris 10 u5 08/05, which needs
up-gradation, as QFS 5.X recommends ver. Solaris Update 6 or later.
My questions are, can we go for the Solaris LIVE UPGRADE option with my
current setup to achieve the same ?
What are the complications or challenges we may face with the post
Live-Upgrade in RAC/Cluster/QFS environment ?
We do not go for File System 2A version.
