I am planning to perform LIVE UPGRADE using jumpstart/DVD, by bringing
one cluster node offline, And joining back this node in to cluster and
then go for second node.
Is first node create any issues when joining the cluster after upgrade ?
If possible, which node shall i upgrade first? QFS-MDS-node or
QFS-Client-node?

Just one hint: QFS patches are not live upgrade-aware, so you have to
umount your filesystem before LU.
