more info: only about 200 copies were sold... he set fire to the remaining
800 manuals as they were taking up about half of his garage !

you would think BB would have made use of these stored manuals before
printing his own if he had permission dont ya?

what else like this went on? ive missed like the last 7 years of SAM gossip

the answer is no, he didnt give permission - and unfortunately he has no
spare manuals... he burnt (?!?) them all a couple of years ago... sorry :(

Yes, David is absolutely right. If you could get Glen's side of the 
story that would be great. Even better, any chance of his email
