Hi, why do you need this linux-windows mapping? On samba3 this could only be made by winbind or ldapclient. I think the same way you would succeed with samba4. Samba4 has his own cldap running by pointing your ldapclient on linux to the cladp I think you could make it work.

So I tried posix, simiple but in either case I wasnot able to write even set permissions via GUI from windows client. So I would like to ask if somebody knows where could I read something about this topic or if there is a guru that knows how this thing work, please could you share you knowledge?
