Hi, I have two installations: On the one I have a very funny phenomen: If I change same parameters and restart smbd a several times then I get access with xp... and there is no logic in it. With the w2k clients in the network we have no problems. In the other network where we have xp and 98 there is no chance of accessing the smbd server, but the problem starts before that, because I sometimes I can not even see the members of the workgroup in the network, sometimes I can... If I can see the members of the network, then I normally get the error message that I do not have the right to access the network. It is a vicious circle, where I do not see where the solution starts....
