Localhost....
Hi, How can I use "localhost" OFF-line ??? Ive got Sambar up & running, & my flatmate uses the phone a bit, Which i need to be off-line / not connected to the net... However I disconnect the connection & try to use http://localhost/(whatever)... & it always tries to Connect ... Is that the purpoise of localhost - To use OFF-LINE ?? I'm on Win 98. Is there a way to make it available OFF-LINE ?? Or am i totally missing the whole point of "localhost" ??
