I assume you have tried this on the same network your server is on? or are you doing 
all of this from the net.. Are you remote or local network to your server? The reason 
I ask this is that ISP's are known to put up caching servers to save their precious 
bandwidth that your paying for. 

How about shooting us a real URL so we can see what you are getting v/s what you are 
supposed to be getting.
