I seem to be missing e-mails from one particular organisation for no apparent reason and I was wondering if my mail setup could be the problem. The e-mails I have been receiving on a very regular basis for 2 years without a hiccup. They are almost all time stamped 12.00AM . Any chance of some Sambar process interfering with mail transfer at that time maybe? Clutching at straws I know..
Also getting strange mail router messages like the following.

The organisation in question naturally denies any responsibility and is pointing the finger at my ISP or some other source which I suppose means my setup. My mail config is as follows. My problem really is how can I be sure that my setup isn't causing the missing messages...
Any ideas please?
