If you'l like to make the script your selv, you can put the file in a textarea (as James write) in a form, edit it and save it using PHP, Perl or something like that. I have done that using PHP some time ago - I can find a simple script if you like.
But if you just have to edit the file from time to time, when you'r not at home, you can do what you like just using the Sambar Document Manager - works great - that's what I use now.
