I have been on this list for a number of years and have read at times 
some bazaar comments. At this time I must say that you have hit the top 
of the bazzar. 

Your points are argumentative not contructive and way off topic for the 
scope of this list and I hope the moderator does something about you.

 For the record, if your IP is blacklisted it is your responsibility to 
have it removed from the blacklist no one else's. That fact that it is 
blacklisted proves to me that it is likely that you support spam or 
perhaps do some of the spamming yourself. In this I fully support the 
decision of the list owner to use whatever methods available to keep 
those IP's from using this list to send mail. I myself recently mis 
configured my mail server and was targeted and used to relay spam. My IP 
was added to the blacklist and I had to correct the problem. I don't 
blame the blacklist for this.
