Starband blocks port:80 so you will have to use something else like 8080.. As for running a web server over it.. I would rather use a dialup modem.. Top upload speeds with Starband are around 37kbps and thats on a good day.. I would venture for dialup PPP multilink before Satellite.. I just recently had mine shut down and now am doing multilink... I am much happier.
