[sambar] Mail List Users Interface {01}

Hey all,

I am not sure if this is a bug in the new Sambar 5.3 Beta 4 or not.
However, when logging into the Web-Based Administration, I click on the
"Mail Users" link.  However, there are no users that are showing up under
this.  All the users are still receiving e-mail without problem, but nothing
is showing up under that administrative item.
