perhaps this sample whitelist.flt will help

# The following whitelist rule allows all mail from "sambar.ch"

^From:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
^To:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

This whitelist.flt works with the 6.0 production version of Sambar. I don't know about 
other versions.
