You've made your point. But it does help to be specific when you have a problem. I've used IMAP with Outlook Express since it was implemented and have never had a real problem. You couldn't pay me enough to use Outlook - it has always been buggy with anything that's not Microsoft :) But it appears to be the root cause of every IMAP bug reported. It might be about time to cut his losses and make it work for every client except one.
