It seems so. maybe a good time to ask fro some off topic advice. I have about 10 hours of video tape that I need to a) make a digital copy of, I think I'd like to put it CD rom b) once it's on CD rom I then need to take samples from it for streaming media.
My questions are a) what is the best format to encode/copy/convert from tape to digital? b) will I be able to capture back from the CD's?
