Lewis, The amount of e-mail generated by this list on its heaviest day should be of no consequence to your ISP. If they are complaining about a few dozen e-mails, you should seriously consider dumping them in favor of a customer oriented provider. On any given day I receive between 500 and 1,500 e-mails of which Sambar accounts for between 0 and 150 e-mails. That's relatively light when you look at the traffic some lists out there generate.
