This is cool BUT: If a user is behind a  tight corporate firewall or has a personal 
firewall on his PC and hasn't a clue how to configure it he may never be able to 
access FTP on Port 22 because his security admin won't allow him to or his Norton 
Personal Exploitedwall will not know what's going on :-)

I wouldn't advise to play these games if you're running commercial sites.
Same applies to chat servers which run on their own ports, etc, etc.
This is why so many chat servers are dedicated machines running their own http modules 
on port 80. High profile chat servers offer this feature as do calendar servers, thick 
DMS servers, webmail modules,etc, etc.
