I am a freshmen in C, and I want to access the read bases (e.g.
,.$.....,,.,.,...,,,.,..^+. ) and base qualities (e.g.
<<<+;<<<<<<<<<<<=<;<;7<&) by samtools api . Can you please tell me which
function is used to generate such two information? Thanks a lot.
An example,
"seq1 272 T 24 ,.$.....,,.,.,...,,,.,..^+. <<<+;<<<<<<<<<<<=<;<;7<&"
