I want to call snps and indels with resequencing data.So I used bwa mem to do
map,and called snps and indels by samtools and bcftools.In the end,I generated
a vcf file.In my view,this file must some error,because the QUAL column are
decimals,but not integers.Could anyone tell me why and help me solve this
problem,many thanks!
