Hi folks, Is anyone here actively maintaining and developing the genesys backend at the moment? On the webpage for this backend, Henning Geinitz directs all questions here.
If it's ok with you, I'll start working on GL843 support for my canoscan 4400F. It probably means I'll have to rewrite other parts of the genesys backend too since gl841 is fairly similar. So, if anyone here is working on it, please let me know, so that we aren't stepping on each other's code. I want to stress that I'm not asking to become the maintainer. Yet anyway. :) I have only just started. Thanks, Andres
