Duration : 12 months+ Positions : 3 JOB Requirement: Skill Set-Individual will conduct information security and business continuity assessments of vendors providing services to Bank of America. Individual must possess strong technical knowledge of a wide range of information security controls and the processes used for evaluating their design and effectiveness. Individual will conduct both online and possibly onsite assessments requiring travel to the vendor site. Travel requirements may be as high as 50% (possible some international travel) although initially travel will probably be limited. Individual must possess superior written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate clearly and concisely to non-technical business partners. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work both independently as well as part of an assessment team is also required. Required skills: Must have knowledge of, and experience with networks (TCP/IP), systems (PCs, servers, mainframe, routers), databases Desired Skills: Experience in area of information security as a consultant for either internal or external clients is highly desirable. Information security audit experience or background would be desirable. CISSP and/or CISA certification is preferred. Background involving conducting business continuity assessments would be a definite plus. Other Requirements: Understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS including Access Control, Security Policies, Business Continuity, Connectivity, Confidentiality, Change Control, Data Integrity, Digital Signatures, Encryption, Application Development, Physical Security standards, Voice Communications systems, Roles and Responsibilities, Authentication, Accountability, and Information Classification is preferred.
