Details include the following responsibilities: •Play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of core applications, databases, and utilities. •Implementation of applications according to client’s requirements as defined by users and analysts. •Work closely with Project Managers to provide timelines and technical status •Gather requirements from business units and translate those to workable solutions. Skills •Ability to work as a team player in a team environment and interact at all levels to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of applications. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills with attention to detail and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work independently and manage own time. •Ability to identify technology challenges and work with the business unit to provide solutions and delivery timelines. Education: Bachelor degree in a technical field such as; computer science, computer engineering or related field required. Technical Experience: •3-5 years of professional, technical experience in a software developer role •In-depth experience and knowledge with the development lifecycle and software development methodologies. •Understanding of various hardware platforms.
