SAP Techno-Functional CRM IC consultant Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 months w/ option for additional time Start: ASAP Interview: Phone Project Description: The SAP CRM functional consultant will formulate & define the SAP CRM system design. Working with customers, prepare detailed specifications from which the SAP CRM 7.x application will be constructed. Analyze business related issues to formulate and develop new or modified solutions. Requirements: 1. Must have previous experience configuring, designing & customizating SAP SCRM Interaction Center. 2. Must have 2-5yrs experience with UI Framework (IC WebClient) within SAP CRM in support of the following: a. Organizational structure, b. Navigation bar, c. business roles, d. interaction record, e. inbox, alerts, f. broadcast messaging, g. activity clipboard profile, h. configuring global document types, i. links for content repositories, j. FCC UIs, k. transaction launcher, l. case types, categories & linked cases, m. partner determination 3. Should have a solid understanding of ABAP programming & BSP Programming experience 4. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 6. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
