Should be able to prepare status reports, gather metrics, do causal analysis. . Testing Automation related certifications . Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills . Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience. . Experience in Testing Management tools like HP-Quality Center Roles & Responsibilities: . Prepare test automation strategy . Prepare Test Automation design . Creation of Automated Test Scripts . Implement adopted framework/approach for automation . Design the scripts for re-use . Define method to write test cases . Creation of Test Suites for regression testing . Compiling Test Results and producing Test Report Generic Managerial Skills: Able to plan/track tasks/activities Report progress/challenges to Project Manager Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong problem and conflict management skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse groups - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently.
