Service Management Architect (SMA) Location: Mooresville, NC Duration: 2 Months *Skills & Experience:* In this role, the *Service Management/Operations Architect* will participate with owners within the Service Management technical domain to establish long-term Service Management architectural direction and assist with the development of the SM overall strategy and roadmap. *Experience:* · A University degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience. · Minimum 7 Years of experience in Service Management / Operations arena. Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of Service Management architecture and engineering designs. · Appropriate Service Management certification is required. · Working experience with current and emerging Service Management technologies and methodologies such as ITIL. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Excellent planning and organizational skills. · Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other leaders and team members. · Experience in retail industry systems is desirable, but not mandatory. *Responsibilities:* 1. Assist the Client architecture team with development of Client’s service management strategies and roadmaps aligned with business needs and IT. 2. Provide support in updating the application and product inventory used within the service management domain. 3. Document required deliverables for this effort. Deliverables within this area are: a. Domain Strategy and Roadmap b. Principles c. Application Inventory capture d. Product Inventory capture Additional deliverables to be defined as needed. 4.Provide administrative support to the domain architecture team as it relates to the development of the overall strategy and roadmap.
