Title: Sr Software Developer
Location: Carrollton, TX
Duration: 6 months
Qualifications:
Proven ability to understand and communicate extremely complex designs and
systems.
Demonstrated ability to work on complex tasks with minimal technical and
management guidance.
Demonstrated ability to learn and wisely apply new platforms and
technologies.
Experience with distributed architectures, SAAS/PAAS and design patterns
strongly preferred.
2 or more years experience and preference to work in an Agile environment,
with burning desire to continuously improve that environment.
Experience with three or more of the following: C#, F#, Java, Ruby, Python,
JavaScript, Objective-C, Scala, Clojure, Erlang or Haskell. Preferably with
at least one object oriented language as well as at least one functional
language.
2 or more years experience working in a test-first environment with heavy
automation of unit, integration, UI and end-to-end system tests driven by a
self-service continuous integration system. TDD
8 or more years of commercial software development experience.
2 or more years experience developing server based compute engines,
distributed services, or reusable components.
4-year college degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or
demonstrable work experience.
