Chicago, IL 12-18 Months Contract QA Tester A consultant with experience creating and executing test cases, to provide QA verification before turn- over of the code to the product test team. To be qualified for this position, the candidate must have the following skills: • Extensive and proven experience (6+ years preferred) in software testing and quality assurance including experience building and maintaining test cases from requirements and test cycle management and execution • Experience working with IT business analysts to break down requirements in to documented test scenarios • Ability to see a set of requirements through to completion and provide quality control and accountability for the end product • Experience creating test cases from managing manual and automated testing in an Agile-focused development environment • Experience executing test cases in coordination with developers, business analysts and architects to find and log software defects prior to functional code releases • Experience with ACI’s Money Transfer System 5.0 as a tester and Subject matter expert • Experience using ACI’s Money Transfer System 5.0 in ‘disk’ mode for the purposes of automated testing • Experience using ACI’s Money Transfer System 3.0 • Experience referencing ACI logs and history for the purposes of creating cases with the ACI vendor • Experience with the following tools is mandatory: o Financial services experience, particularly in the payments domain o SWIFT FIN format o SWIFT MX formats • Experience with the following tools and concepts is a plus but not necessary: o Unix shell scripting o SQL queries Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
