System Execution: Responsible for understanding the execution processes of Tech Ops team and be part of group working and monitoring in the Production environment. 2. Work in 24/7 environment as a part of team that works in shifts. 3. Responsible for understanding the system responding to failures and engaging appropriate stakeholders. * About the Position: * A Tier 1 Support Engineer with UNIX/ Autosys and PL/SQL experience. This role is execution and issue response focused which will involve executing and troubleshooting jobs in a 24/7 environment.
