Shift: 2nd - Can choose either a 4x10 or 5x8.(Days x Hours) *Job Description* The position is for a SAN (Storage Area Network) analyst. The individual will be responsible for administrating Storage Area Networks in an enterprise environment. Specifically the individual will be responsible for performing all the necessary logical and physical steps to perform storage allocations for hosts (Windows, HP-UX, AIX and Linux). Additional responsibilities will include troubleshooting SAN related problems, switch administrating and disk array administration. The specific shift requirements are 2nd shift. The perspective candidate should possess the following: - Extensive knowledge of the Window’s operating system - Extensive knowledge of the *HP-UX* and *Linux operating* systems - Extensive knowledge of administrating *HDS (Hitachi)* disk array subsystems - Extensive knowledge of administrating HP disk array subsystem s - Extensive knowledge of administrating *Cisco *fiber optic switches - Ability to communicate technical material effectively - Excellent written communication - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to train others on SAN technology Thank you.
