I have the following position in Sacramento Ca that I need help with.
The rate is open market and this is for the State of CA.
PowerShell is the key to this position.
This is a one year plus project, we can work corp to corp and H1B is fine.

Developer will work with client on their web interface in a Microsoft Cloud
offering.
Requirements:
Experience developing within the.NET environment (e.g. IIS,
Web Services, Windows Communications Framework, SQL Server).
Experience working with Microsoft Exchange Powershell
commands
Knowledge of the Microsoft Exchange Online Administration
environment
Knowledge of the California Email Services contract
technical requirements
Experience project managing software development projects.
