Candidates need to have at least 12 years + experience in systems analysis and application development working with FDA regulations in Pharmaceutical Domain. Strong PM skills are required. Must Have Skills: . A minimum 12 years of experience in systems analysis and application development working with FDA regulated / validated systems (desired) and processes environment. . Demonstrated Solution Architecture experience, understanding of solution roadmaps and demonstration of influencing overall design direction for multiple teams to a single technology is desired. . Demonstrated skills in implementing vendor relations, data mapping to a vendor specification, and in implementing large initiatives. . Strong PM skills. Demonstrated experience of leading large enterprise applications. . In depth knowledge of the following technologies Oracle. . Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. . Strong leadership, decision-making and communications skills. . Strong experience with registration management is highly desired.
