*Business Analyst duties include:* Interacting with Business Users and other members of the Global Hub technology team to identify then define the specific business rules to be addressed by the Global Hub functionality. The Business Analyst will be a member of the Global Hub project team, working on the documentation of the Global Hub technology platform. This is a new platform, with no existing documentation, so the Business Analyst will be working with the Technical Writer to create the documentation set from scratch. Business Analyst will develop the set of documentation needed to create then finalize the modules that make up the Global Hub as well as to describe how they are used together to satisfy business needs. The documentations and specifications being developed will be used to feed the development effort, which will largely take place offshore in India. As a result, there is a strong reliance being placed on clear, precise documentation. The Global Hub is being developed using agile, modular techniques. The Business Analyst will be expected to work with the high level modular design to create detailed specifications for both the modules themselves, as well as the necessary interrelationships of the modules. Familiarity with this development approach would be a definite asset.
