*Only GC and US citizens* *Interview: Phone and in person required by the client* The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for developing automation scripts for testing using UFT and other automation tools. The candidate needs to be able to work with people across multiple locations, with a variety of personalities, to develop solid automation design, test scripts and script user guides. He/she will be the Automation SME and will mentor others in following the processes and procedures in place MUST HAVE: Hands-on scripting skills with QTP/UFT Experience in analyzing requirements and manual test cases Experience in automation framework development Good understanding of test management tools like Quality Center/ALM or any other tools Good understanding of test data management concepts Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ of quality assurance, engineering or management information systems experience 5 + years of Experience in Test Automation using HP tools like QTP/UFT,QC/ALM Knowledge on the existing/new Test Automation Tools and understands their integration with Test Automation and Test Data Management frameworks and Test Management tools Has expert level working knowledge of Test Automation application tool suites (HP QTP/UFT) Good knowledge of Teradata, DB2 and good understanding of ETL concepts Expert knowledge of test automation frameworks(Mainly keyword and data driven framework) and design patterns. Experience with various browser and OS testing.
