TITLE: Informatica administrator STATUS: Open LOCATION: New York City, NY, United States # of Openings: 1 Contract- Hourly Rate-$55/hr on c2c *Note : Visa Copy must for H1,EAD,GC* Requisition Details: Roles: •Progressive and varied experience in SDLC (software development life cycle) for Data Warehouse applications on Teradata. •Extensive experience in handling Informatica Administartion •Proficient in data warehousing techniques for data cleaning, Slowly Changing Dimension phenomenon, •Proficient experience in Producion support of Informatica admin •Effective communication on complex technical topics to team, managers and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities • Support Repository and domain back up and restore. • Hands on in Informatica installation&configaration, up gradation and hot fixes/patches. • Develop and manage Unix Shell Scripting to automate informatica admin process, review shell scripts before installation and having knowledge on SQL scripts is added advantage • Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with the Business Intelligence and ETL teams, consultants, and project managers to develop processes, documentation and solutions related to deployments • Should have particpated in Diaster recovery testing or have adequate knowledge is required • Good to have the Metadata management setup, MDM, ILM, PMPC and IDQ • Support code migration across environments • Worked on Large data migration projects • Pocess Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills preferred • Ability to define tasks and estimate work effort for areas of responsibility. • Contribute content to data management standards, guidelines and common design principles.
