Job Title: QA Tester Location: Minnespolis, MN Duration: 6 months+ *MAX RATE IS $30/hr on C2C* -Reviews functional requirements -Designing, writing, and executing test cases and procedures that define specific test criteria and the expected results to be achieved. -Perform risk analysis, as needed, along with proposed mitigation strategies -Interface and work closely with development team to call attention to problems, resolving problems and/or assist in recreating them -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent -3 or more years experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst or Software Tester. -Experienced in identifying test scenarios and creating and executing manual functional tests -Understanding of and experience with all types of testing including functional, regression, system, integration, and smoke -Ability to work independent and to drive to results and timelines -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Clear written and verbal communication skills -Experienced in Quality Center for test case creation, execution, defect tracking and Requirements Traceability -Experience with SQL and relational databases for data validation. -TFS experience is a plus QA Concepts & Standards 2-4 Yrs Quality Center 2-4 Yrs Regression Testing 2-4 Yrs SQL 2-4 Yrs Test Case Design 2-4 Yrs Test Execution 2-4 Yrs *We are in need of two jr-mid-level QA resources.
