This person should have the ability to work unsupervised delivering projects and meeting objectives ahead of schedule; Should be creative in conceptualizing and visualizing Business Intelligence reports, from high level business problems. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to create meaningful metrics and reports from complex data Strong business analysis skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently Structured problem solving - ability to take a large, complex problem and break it down into components Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to lead by influence and drive results.
