Participate in the Web redesign and HighPoint mobile projects as programmer/analysts, defining and completing quality development work on time. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, visits, business process description, use cases, scenarios, business analysis as well as task and workflow analysis Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with faculty and staff to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed. Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs in higher education and translate them into technical and operational requirements Appropriately manage multiple change requests across a variety of projects and applications. Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
