Demonstrates advanced knowledge of software quality concepts. Models complex business processes or systems. Creates technical documentation and specifications for mid-size applications. Participates in planning & design of test efforts for entire small to mid-size projects; creates requirements traceability documents. Mediates across the different IT teams to gain a consensus for small projects utilizing working knowledge of the IT landscape and the roles and responsibilities within the organization. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family. Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations. Works independently with minimal guidance. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
