Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* EDI Developer /.Net Developer *Project Location* Los Angeles, CA *Duration* 12 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI:-Telephonic* * NEED USC OR GC **EDI Senior Application Lead Developer* General Description: - Creation of Detailed Technical design documents - Develop code and unit test as per Architecture Solution and Business/System Requirements - Database development utilizing Microsoft SQL - Debug Defects, Identify Root Cause and Provide Fixes - Manage defects and production Issues from issue tracking system (footprints) - Familiarity with SDLC Methodology - The deployment of code through various environments utilizing code control tool set - Aggregation triggers, Accelerators, Split Rules and Velocity Templates - Facilitates “Technical Design and Code Reviews” - Manages transition for knowledge transfer / code handover to operations / support teams - Working with systems analyst and technical leads to understand the solution and requirements - Collaborating with Tech Leads, Developers, Systems Analysts, QA Resources, Architects and Business during design, coding and defect fix. - Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, maintain cohesive relationships, and negotiate with various teams to complete delivery work on time - Ability to execute proof of concepts - Trouble-shooting mission critical problems under time bound situations (QA testing, User acceptance testing, Performance testing and Production issues) - Demonstrated ability to design and code on concurrent complex projects. - Synthesizes complex data/information, and leads complex technical or business decision processes to provide service solutions. - Operates in a complex technical environment with multiple platform components and integration points - Defines, communicates and works with the team and organization to migrate towards architecture vision and strategy that is fully aligned with enterprise architecture roadmap - Strong emphasis on development of code that is “Re-usable” within infrastructure - Works with on-site and off-shore resources Required Skillsets: - MS SQL Server - Visual Studio .NET - SSIS - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to work independently and effectively with business and technical resources - EAI / SOA technologies Preferred Skillsets: - EDIFECS components: xEngine, EAM, SpecBuilder, Map Builder 8.x - .NET technologies - EDI experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of HIPAA standards - Knowledge of HIPAA transactions: (270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 834, 835, 837I, 837P, 837D, and 820 - Prior EMR / EMH experience such as NextGen, Facets, Epic, etc..
