This call center will support multiple countries and multiple languages, so we need to update the mapping of incoming cases to identify which call center it is mapped to, and then within that call center, based on the language submitted, which representatives are available that speak that language.* *Some of the enhancements we have done use VisualForce – apparently a coding language or tool within SFDC.
